Moving to California in 2000, Chad Lauterbach continued to fine-tune his skills in network engineering, Windows System Engineering, legal and compliance issues, infrastructure buildouts, and IT Security. Starting as an outsourced CTO/CIO/CISO, Chad worked closely with many businesses to help protect IT infrastructure. Chad’s passion for helping small to medium-size companies meet their IT and security needs fueled his decision in 2007 to create Be Structured Technology Group. Under Chad’s leadership, Be Structured continues to exceed the expectations of their clients’ outlooks on what an IT department provides. He is an avid learner who actively works to stay on top of the latest trends and security requirements in this fast-paced tech world. Chad is constantly pursuing knowledge, making him someone who will always be ahead of the curve. When Chad is not working, you can find him reading, running, listening to podcasts, hiking, camping, or backpacking.

Chad Becker joined the team back in 2015, bringing with him a passion for people and problem-solving. He excels in identifying places where IT can enhance business efficiency and business process. In addition, Chad works closely with clients to understand their operational vision, line of business, and IT support and security needs. He specializes in business processes and productivity, security, and account management. Chad’s accomplishments outside of the workplace include being an Eagle Scout, Olympic skier, entrepreneur, and a father of four – making him a powerhouse player to have on your team.

In 2011 Roxanne Tamayo joined Be Structured. Roxanne’s passion for creating efficiency and structure enables her to excel as an Operations Manager. Her hands on-experience include accounting, human resources, administration, and finances. While Roxanne has focused on operational IT management in recent years, she has experience in the Non-Profit sector. Before coming on to Be Structured, her background included assisting community organizers in supporting domestic violence and sexual assault survivors and advocates in Los Angeles. You can find Roxanne hiking with her Girl Scout troop, rallying for social causes, exploring LA with her family, and discovering new vegan ice cream shops when not at work.

Krishna Kosgi is a motivated, personable technician with over ten years of experience in IT and has been with Be Structured since 2017. Leading and participating in various projects, Kosgi excels in networking, cloud services, and just about everything else IT-related. His responsibilities include project and strategic planning, supervising execution of projects, and technical documentation. Krishna Kosgi brings to the table a broad base of technical engineering, design, operational, consulting, and logistics skills. Krishna enjoys exploring new places, going to concerts, geeking out over tech, and hanging with friends and family outside of the office. For fun, he DJs and mixes. He hopes to travel the world and see as many countries as possible.

Kathy has been focused on Service Desk for much of her IT career. While she started in IT as a programmer, she has been fortunate to work in the Manufacturing, Financial, Legal, Real Estate, and Medical industries managing technical support. Kathy enjoys developing and implementing processes and procedures while determining how to best resolve the inevitable exceptions and challenges. You can often find Kathy Directing/Producing/Costuming for a local community theater where she also served on the Board for 10+ years.

Vicki Vainshtein

Vicki Vainshtein is a business and technology professional who specializes in bridging processes, people, and technology together to bring efficiency and productivity to growth-minded organizations. Her 20+ year career extends across operations, marketing, software development, and information technology. Vicki brings her extensive experience to the Be Structured Technology Group as a Manager of Professional Services where she is responsible for leading the implementation efforts of the Professional Services team while supporting the needs of all our valued clients. Prior to joining Be Structured, Vicki worked with a local non-profit dedicated to improving the SoCal startup ecosystem.

When not working, Vicki can be found in the company of her two daughters while shadowed by her dog, Lucy.

Joining our team in 2022, Gordon Lewis is an energetic and knowledgeable technician with ten years of experience across a broad range of IT fields, including DevOps, Network Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Desktop Support. With his knowledge base, Gordon provides a critical escalation point for our service desk team. In addition, his ability to help teach the team members about new concepts and problems, rather than simply solving them, is helping create a more robust group. When outside the office, you can often find Gordon training for the Highland Games, reading, organizing Dungeons & Dragons, and participating in local community events.
