Be Structured Technology Group listed in Los Angeles Business Journal 2021 Best Places to work in Los Angeles!
For the fourthconsecutive year, Los Angeles Business Journal is pleased to name Be Structured Technology Group as one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles award recipients! The rankings were revealed at a special event on August 4, 2021, and will be published in the August 9, 2021 issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal
The award was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the top employers in Los Angeles. The list is made up of 100 companies. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
– Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
– Be a publicly or privately held business;
– Have a facility in Los Angeles;
– Have at least 15 employees in Los Angeles;
– Be in business a minimum of one year.
The top companies are identified by participating in a detailed survey conducted by the Best Companies Group. The survey ranks companies on criteria such as effective leadership, corporate culture, and internal communications. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey process, and analyzed the data.
The two-part survey to determine the rankings consists of an evaluation of each nominated company’s workplace culture, including an assessment of their policies, philosophies, and practices. The second part measures the employee experience. Los Angeles Business Journal combines the two-part survey score to determine the final rankings.
